Gooch Design Studio has a staff of 4 full-time, academically trained architects and interior designers, creating a team of specialists in design, architectural detailing, project management and construction supervision. The studio is supported by a procurement coordinator and college interns/design assistants. We work with an extensive network of consultants to assist in permit and mechanical coordination, and specialties such as lighting design, art programs, custom furniture and graphic design.

WENDELL GOOCH

Principal/Lead Designer

For 35 years, Wendell Gooch has practiced the art of Interior Design. Early in his career, Wendell worked in a variety of environments, enhancing his architectural and interior design education, and honing his business skills, a rare combination in a practicing designer. This balance of training enabled Wendell to create a signature approach to his practice, combining classic influences and current trends into a seamless, elegant style.

Wendell studied Art History and Political Science at Depauw University , and received his BFA and Bachelor of Architecture at the Rhode Island School of Design.
